Casa e Construação!

Olá meninass! Estava visitando o Portal Casa e Cia e na parte da revista Casa e Construção, achei uma casa MARAVILHOSA, eu adorei! A casa fica em João Pessoa, e como no local, não tinha muito espaço e é uma área protegida pela Marinha a arquiteta Sandra Moura optou por fazer 5 níveis distintos, que formam 37 ambientes.Abaixo do térreo, fica as dependências dos empregados, a área de serviço, e o depósito, no próximo nível fica a garagem,o salão de festas, e os banheiros que servem a piscina, no próximo a cozinha, sala de estar, copa e a sala de cinema, o quarto do casal, com closet e sala de ginastica, e no último andar ficaram mais 3 suítes e uma sala de estudo.
Eu não quero uma casa desse tamanhoo, mas tenho que confessar que amei a casa, cada detalhe! Vocês vão ver as fotos e quero saber se gostaram hein?!

Fachada principal, a cor branca fez toda a diferença.

Piscina, com uma prainha para as espreguiçadeiras.
Vista para a praia.
Sala com piso em mármore travertino. AMEII o piso.
Adorei esse tapete preto, mas imagino como deve aparecer sujeira nele.

Realmente é linda Débora e nessa cidade maravilhosa que é João Pessoa completa o paraíso, pena que isso é para poucos.

Minha casa parece com esta, porém de um só andar.
Minha piscina também é de raia e meu jardim é meio minimalista não por opção mas por falta de plantas mesmo. O paisagismo está pronto só no projeto. rs rs rs
